Answer:
For cheque backed loan, a banker is 100% qualified, however in case an applicants could not provide a banker guarantor such applicants can also propose any other available guarantor which may be approved at the discretion of the institute based on the recommendation of the assigned credit analyst after proper evaluation of the proposed guarantor.
For cash backed loans, registered members only are qualified to provide guarantee with some collateral deposits of 20% minimum and 50% maximum of required loan amount. This is important for the Institute to fall back on incase of default by the beneficiary.

Will the guarantors be personally present at Ibadan Oyo state to submit guarantee documents?

No, you can participate through class based or Online instructor lead which includes the use of email , social media platform (watsaap) and introduction of training video highlights  to drive down the main important points. However, it’s a self-paced programme and participants will not be restricted to a particular time of the day to be online to receive the lessons.
